We strive to get your new camera to you as quickly as possible! Standard shipping typically takes 1-17 business days.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the overseas location of our suppliers and the cost of international shipping, we currently do not offer returns or refunds. However, if your camera arrives malfunctioning, please see our warranty information below.

My product isn't working. Can I get a replacement?

Absolutely! We want to ensure you have a fully functional camera. If your camera arrives malfunctioning, please contact us by email at info@guardcam.store with a brief description of the issue and a picture or video evidence. Once we verify the malfunction, we'll be happy to send you a replacement free of charge.

Do you offer a warranty on your cameras?

Our cameras are shipped directly from our overseas suppliers to keep our prices competitive. Unfortunately, the high cost of international shipping makes traditional warranty repairs or replacements impractical.
